This site is intended to help you with any problems you may have with the Star Stable games as well as give you hints on how to play.

Below are the most common questions about the game. If you still need help you may contact our customer service, but please have the following information ready beforehand (You may need an adult to help you find this information.):

• Detailed information about the problem. (When it happens, how it happens, etc.)
• What operating system you play the game on. (Windows 2000, Windows XP)
• What kind of computer you have. (Dell, Compaq, HP etc.)
• Computer configuration. (What kind of processor you have, how much RAM, how much hard drive space, and what kind of sound card and graphics card (using integrated graphics cards might result in limited performance) you have, etc.)

Hints on How to Play

There are numerous ways to play Star Stable. In order to give you a good idea on how to best progress in the game we recommend that you read these hints!

Quest Availability

Every time your character gains a new level, new quests become available. You see this clearly on the map. You will notice that sometimes new quests become available even though you haven’t increased your level. This is because the availability of certain quests is dependent on you completing other quests.
Remember that it can be advantageous to accept many quests in the same location before you head out to complete them. Also remember to fulfill the conditions of as many quests as possible that are delivered to the same person or at the same location before you travel there. This will save you a lot of riding time!

Medals

The medals are one type of quest that allow you to fill your trophy cabinet by completing the same race or exercise at better and better times. Once you’ve won the gold medal in a certain exercise you can repeat the same exercise just for training purposes. This is especially useful if you have just bought a new horse that you need to train.

Two Different Strategies – Story Quests or Medal Quests

If you want to increase your level quickly to gain access to more quests almost immediately, it is a good idea to try to win all medals in the exercises as soon as possible. This will allow you more freedom in exploring the world and choosing which quests to take on. Please note that you do not need to complete all quests to get to the final challenge. Just keep training your horse and increasing your level and the rewards are sure to follow!
